    Stratastic provides transparent access to condo services, resources, and tools, with a focus on objective accessibility for all key condo players (Property Management companies and managers, Boards of Directors, Contractors and Vendors, and Residents).
  • How does Stratastic help key players in the condo industry?
    Stratastic’s platform features a wealth of helpful resources and information, such as: an extensive Resource Library with thousands of varied materials, a Vendor Directory with thousands of contractors providing goods and services, Insights and Events, and various business and condo-related tools. Registered members can benefit even further (for free) from features such as the ability to save Resources and Vendor Information, automated corporation-specific information (reminders, budget and meeting planners, etc.) as well as unique functions specific to their role and personalized to their property and/or portfolio(s).   • Is there a cost to being a Stratastic Member?
    A Basic Membership with Stratastic is totally free, whether you’re a property management company/manager, vendor/contractor, board member, or homeowner/resident! In the future, Stratastic will have the option for some basic members to upgrade their profiles to paid memberships, however, the Basic Membership will remain free of charge for all.   • Can I have multiple membership roles with one email address?
    Members can only have one role per email address. Roles identify which category of key player you fall into: Property Management Company, Property Manager, Board Member/Director, Vendor/Contractor, Homeowner, Resident, or Other. Stratastic uses these categories to customize our platform’s functionality to the member’s role in order to provide you with relevant and customized features that are especially effective and efficient to you. If you have multiple roles within the condo industry (ex: Vendor and Homeowner), we recommend that you create separate accounts for each role in order to receive the best of all our features! Please note that different email addresses are required for each membership. While there is no limit to the number of accounts a person may have, we do require that accounts and their roles are truthful and factual. If Stratastic finds that a member has made several bogus accounts, we reserve the right to investigate and remove the account at any time, at our sole discretion.
  • What does it mean if a vendor’s profile is “Verified”?
    A profile is “Verified” once the Vendor has confirmed that the details of the business profile are accurate. This means that the information included in the Vendor’s profile have been confirmed, by the vendor, to be correct and reliable for use. Because “Verified” profiles are confirmed to have correct information by the vendor, they will appear above unverified profiles in the Vendor Directory.
  • I’m a vendor, why should I “Verify” my profile?
    Because “Verified” profiles are confirmed to have correct information by the vendor, they will appear above unverified profiles in the Vendor Directory. This means that Verified Businesses will be seen first by users who are searching for businesses such as yours! Furthermore, “Verified” profiles have confirmed their contact information to be accurate, which signals to our users that they can trust the information provided. Simply by verifying your business’ profile, you place your business towards the top of the list and gain trust with users in need of goods and/or services such as the ones you provide, and this is all at no cost to you! That’s right, verifying your business is FREE! What are you waiting for? Get your business confirmed and closer to the top of the search results - “Verify Your Business Now”!   • I’m a vendor, how do I “Verify” my profile?
    We’re glad you’re ready to verify your profile and signal to our collective condo community that the information included is confirmed and reliable for use! Please note that only persons authorized by the company may verify the company’s profile. Verify Your Profile Now!
  • Does Stratastic “vouch for” or recommend any Vendors on the Directory?
    Stratastic’s goal is to provide the collective condo community with transparent and objective access to information and resources, such as the contractors listed on our Vendor Directory. As such, Stratastic does not endorse any particular vendors; it is up to the individual seeking the goods and services to ensure that they are conducting their due diligence to find the appropriate service provider for their unique and particular need(s). We encourage you to reach out to the vendor directly for further information about their business, including qualifications, practices, and offerings.
  • How do I get information/reminders about condo corporations on my profile?
    This feature is only available to select member roles (including Basic) including (but not limited to): Property Management Companies, Property Managers, Board Members, Homeowners, Residents, and select vendor categories. You will be able to register to receive corporation-related information and reminders in one of two ways: (1) during your member registration, and/or (2) by updating your corporation information via your personal profile. This information may be updated (corporations added or deleted) at any time from your personal profile. Please note that it may take up to 5 business days for corporation-specific information to appear on your profile.
